Product Description
Silicon PU (SPU coating) material is a pavement material for sports playground, which is made by thermally polymerizing silicone materials and modified materials of polyurethane materials. According to the modified materials, the stain resistance, flexibility, wear resistance and recovery rate of the material are improved. It also has excellent cushioning, strong adhesion, automatic ground leveling, easy engineering construction, and aging resistance, etc. After the installation done and materials applying in-site, the organic chemical properties are stable, and it is not easy to cause problems such as bubbles and cracks. And the life time can be more than 10 years.

What is SPU?
In January, 2005,we spent three years developed and created a new product of cushion sports flooring,and gave it a perpetual and dynamic name 'SPU'. The same year in November, the State Trademark Office officially accepted the "Silicon PU "trademark applications.
Hence fore, SPU started dominating in this new era for mainstream sports flooring construction. It has been implemented for the past 10 years and created a classic name for sports flooring.
HARD TOP SOFT DOWN
It's a design based on human kinetics and physical characteristics flooring system, with hard top layer combined with soft rebound cushion lower layer structure. It's suitable to lay on concrete or asphalt substrates. The cushion layer is formed by single component modified polyurethane and top up with two-component modified acrylic resilience layer.
Application:
Sports field like tennis, basketball, badminton, track, volleyball, table tennis, handball, petanque and multi-purpose venues, various gyms, dance rooms, schools, unit union activity rooms, multi-purpose halls, amusement parks, kindergartens, sporting goods stores, and so on.
